Nonsense Online account

I'm very disappointed with how Nedbank is handling my query. i deposited money into a newly opened account and the money has disappeared to thin air and i was told to go back to the bank i sent the money from and they confirmed money was transferred successfully. Now Nedbank is telling me nonsense that i need to reverse the money how do i do that. Nedbank i need my money back and i want to close that **** account
