I had a break in at my house I have insurance with Nedbank for house content they sent me the lady Monica manana was dealing with my claim even today they haven’t replaced my contents they are giving me excuses Monica doesn’t even respond to my emails I keep calling the call centre the give me the same story they don’t appreciate their clients
