Nonhlanhla Hlapane from Nedbank is not responding to my email,she also doesn't put her number to be able to reach her,my account is blocked and I'm unable to use it

My account is suddenly blocked by Nedbank due to Fica,but I keep calling to find out what is required,no one is helping,a d they keep sending me to Nonhlanhla Hlapane,who is my absent Business Banker,she never responds to my emails and is not interested in growing small businesses
