Nonexistent Refund

I recently app**** for a refund from Nedbank as they incorrectly debited my account. I contacted Nedbank and they requested me to complete forms which I did and then sent it back. I kept on advising them that I need the money to be refunded because I have other commitments that needed to be paid....I have been struggling with Nedbank since the 20th of this month to get the money refunded and then when all was said and done they advised that the refund could take unto 5 days to be processed. My question to Nedbank is what about the bounced debit orders on my account and the other stuff that I need to pay??????????????? It was so plain and simple for you to debit the money in a day's time from mmy account but to refund it has to take 5 days. This is bad service from Nedbank side........
