Nonexistent loan department

Bad service from the loan department. App**** for a loan a month ago. Every week i need to email documents over and over as i cant submit on the app. After a month and plenty of emails, the send an email notifying me the loan is cancelled as they did not get any correspondence from me. This is now the 3rd and final time Im changing banks.
