None correspondence

From January the 27th 2015 I have been awaiting correspondence from one guy named Butale Mthunzi, when I recontacted him on the 19th of February 2015 he said he was making a follow up with Mr Clayton Vilakazi for the bank to approve him, see the story is mr Vilakazi and I bought a unit jointly but from 2010 he has been paying it alone and due to the fact that he (mr Vilakazi) wants to be a solemn owner since he doesn't want to sell and him and I are no longer together, I opted for my name to be removed as one of the owners of that unit but I am not getting any joy from mr Mthunzi. Surely the process cant take this long as the person involved has been paying alone anyway plus the letter starting that he wants to be the only owner was sent to mr Mthunzi so I don't understand what could be the hold up.
