I don't even know where to start BUT I would like to express my appreciation and a special thanks to Nondumiso Ndlovu - Nedbank Personal Loans - Digital Channel Agent for portraying Nedbank values and making me feel like the only Customer for Nedbank. I thank her for constant engagement and follow ups despite Nedbank systems issues, she kept me informed throughout the process. These days service agents do not even return calls and when I was getting annoyed with the process she kept me calm and provided constant feedback. She has made my experience worthwhile.
