Non service delivery

Opened a new account 4 weeks ago I have been given the run around no one can tell me where my card is. Called your call center ***on numerous occasions,mails have been sent to your distribution center no one calls back. Escalations had been sent no response?? No team leaders available to assist agents why this is I have no idea. Agent struggling to get someone to assist him they all unavailable. This is pathetic to say the least. I made a HUGE mistake opening an account with you.
