Non Response from Nedbank MFC claims department

I have settled my account on the 22nd of November, my car is written off and ever since the account has been with the MFC claims department, I am unable to get through to Amanda Schreuder nor her manager for assistance. I am now panicking because I do not know if any interest is accumulating for the month of December. My emails have been totally ignored and I am getting reminders from my insurance weekly because my claim needs to be concluded. I need the Settlement letter, Copy of Natis, and the HP agreement. I am so annoyed because this is hanging and I dont know what to do.
