Non response and poor service

I am starting to think that Nedbank employees are working at me leaving the bank. For the past 4 months there have been unauthorized debits going off on my account.

Yesterday I decided to go to the Sandton City branch were I was assisted my Bronson (so I am told. He was cubical number 22 some time before 5pm)

Number 1 he was unprofessional as he was on the phone with his colleagues to chit chat about a social media complaint that one of the colleagues had against them. But I didn't raise that with him.

Before the consultation he told me to call the call centre before he can change my account. I did so only to find that the department that makes debit order reversal had knocked off.

He then told me to complete the manual forms and the next morning I had to reverse the debit and once that is done he will send me the proof of account. I did exactly that but I didn't get a response.

I then called the branch and was told that he was busy with a client. I asked for his email address and at 12:24 I sent him an email informing him that I had done my part and i saw waiting for confirmation of account. He then responded at 13:05 and said he would send me the confirmation before close of business.

I called again at 15:00 and he was still busy. The lady I was speaking to asked me if I wanted to speak to the team leader but I explained to her that i don't want to get him into trouble so I asked her to just give him a message.

I called again at 16:45 and was told that he had left for the day. That is when I asked to speak to the team leader and was told he was busy. I left a message to be called before close of business today and I am still waiting for that call.

Once I have my affairs in order I will be closing all my accounts with Nedbank because there is zero levels of professionalism and you can't protect my money. I have actually had enough of the nonsense I have had to deal with from this bank.
