NON-relationship banking at Nedbank

The naming 'Relationship Banking' is a misnomer for Nedbank. My private banker left Nedbank months ago, unbeknown to me. I've been trying to get details of unauthorised debits process against my account by Kaelo, part of Centriq Insurance, for the past month. To date nobody can even tell me who my personal banker is now. Some relationship!
