Non receipt of proof of payment

As always just like every other month I paid my creditors but for some reason I did not receive my proof of payment emails this month, this is frustrating because some of my creditors require proof. I have been with nedbank for years and have never had any problems. Ultimately I have been happy with service to this date. This however annoys me because I got I'm my car and went to my nearest branch to procure the above mentioned proof but the lady printed mostly the wrong one's. So now I'm slightly irritated. I know this is a simple issue but it needs to be fixed and can someone please explain why this occured???
