Non- reasonable bank

I would like to rate Nedbank the worst loan company ever. I took a loan with them a few years ago and totally regret it and I wanna pay off the loan because it has reached induplum stage already. I keep on asking them for discount on the loan on they offer small discount. I really wanna pay this loan off and be done with Nedbank once and for all.
