Non feedback

I have put in a claim on the 8th January 2024,till now nobody has called to ask or atlist give me the claim number, i think Nedbank is only good in providing credit and banking facilities as for insurance??? I am canceling my insurances with them i really cant,if they cant attend to a fridge what more about my bond insurance that i have with them?the vehicle and funeral insurance ill wait for 2 months moes. What frustrating more is the food that i can see rotting while watching. Sies muhn.
