Non-Existing Service

For the last three days, I have been calling Nedbank, and they must have transferred the call 20 times, and still I cannot get in touch with the correct department for a commercial bond finance. Eventually, a call centre agent told me to go to the branch and they told me to phone the call centre. I am sorry but Nedbank needs to get their act together. Looks like they ont need business.
