Non-existing Customer Care Service once abroad

We recently moved to Scotland. Prior to us moving here I contacted Nedbank to inform them that we are emigrating to the UK. They just made a note on the system. After we arrived in the UK there was a *****ulent transaction on my account, which I reported to Nedbank. The service I received from Customer Care was shocking. After a few e-mails : 1) They forwarded my correspondence to an e-mail address that is not registered on my personal profile so other people could see what my correspondence with Nedbank is. I complaint to Nedbank about this and until today NOBODY has responded to my this error on Nedbank's side 2) Then they told me that it is legislation in SA that one should not have a bank account in SA if they are going to be outside the country for more than 6 months! 3) This information was not given to me when I phoned Nedbank BEFORE we moved to the UK, only now they told me this 4) I then asked if that means I should close my home loan account as well as that will classify as an account, and again I am still awaiting feedback from Nedbank

1) So they sent confidential e-mails to e-mail addresses not on my personal profile. I then asked if this is how the *****ulent transaction happened on my credit card as they send e-mails to wrong addresses (and yes, still no reply to numerous requests) 2) They only now tell me that you should not have a bank account in SA if you are going to be out of the country for more than 6 months

Please reconsider making use of Nedbank in future or close all accounts with Nedbank if you want to emigrate, the Customer Care is non-existing once abroad. 3) They respond to my e-mails where I need feedback and explaining on
