Non Existent Relationship Banker

I have been on a professional banking package with Nedbank for many years. This package is supposed to make provision for a dedicated relationship banker. Since my previous relationship banker left, nobody has informed me who my new relationship banker is. I have not received any communication from a relationship banker in the past 2-3 years.

What the hell have I been paying you for Nedbank? Why should I have to run around and try and find out who my relationship banker is? Why hasn't a relationship banker called me for the past few years?

It seems that all you are interested in is the R299 that you take from me every month.

I am seriously considering closing all of my accounts with you including my credit card and home loan!
