Non-existent customer service

I have been trying to get a reply on the customer service chat platform for over 30 minutes, and when calling the customer care number, the phone just rings. I have been trying to cancel an order for a product that I no longer need and the only way to do that is through customer service, which is absolutely useless. I am now out of pocket and so disappointed. I'm legitimately never using this app again.
