Non demonstrated commitment to client after 32 years

To make matters even worse , one of there staff members laughed at me when I went into the branch to complain , stand my ground in front of other clients . What’s bad is , I have autism , so I do not act very normal , like I told nedbank , I didn’t deal with a streat economist but nedbank itself . So nedbank laughed at someone with a disability . I will be seeking financial compensation for this , through the ombudsman and through the human rights commission . Has anybody any idea , just how I feel . They quickly apologized , that to me is just an admission of guilt , it seems now they just want to walk away by blocking me to e mail there ceo
