Non-delivery of Cards

I have now been struggling for more than 3 weeks with DSV and Nedbank to get my Cheque and Garage Cards delivered. I've gone to the Cresta branch to try and resolve the issue, I've phoned DSV and Nedbank call centers various times with no resolve. They always promise to revert back to me, yet I have yet to hear anything from any of them. My cards have now expired and I'm forced to use my credit card and transfer the funds the whole time. The level of incompetency is unreal, especially for a service I'm paying for. At this stage I'm at the point of reporting the issue to the Ombudsman and closing my accounts.
