Non compliant and ******* debit from the bank

Bank processed a debit order on an unauthorized date without my consent, placing me in financial issues in the last week of the month Complaints team have jobs for nothing as apparently only the manager can assist and the manager Lerato NEVER contacts you, when you Complain that she has calls she dials and drops in 2 seconds, over 5 times acting like she called or made an attempt. Yet I call right back and am able to connect to an agent
