Nobank would be a better name for their service

The most inefficient, useless and clearly un-trained people I have dealt with yet. Having been with Nedbank for over 34years with multiple businesses and personal accounts, it is hard to believe that an organisation like this has consistently deteriorated every single year. The latest bunch cancel business cards incorrectly, then make you run around to resolve their mistake only to supply you a new card which upon using at a store does not work either as it was never activated, this after the representative clearly stated it was ready to go? This is not the first time either.
