No Working ATM'S

For the last few weeks it has been almost impossible to find a working ATM. This morning I had to make an urgent withdrawal. I tried Louis Botha Pick n Pay car park, not working. Norwood Engen Car Park, not working, Caltex Garage in Orchards, not working. Eventually had to drive all the way to Linksfield Road to find a working machine. I've also noticed that new machines have been installed and when they do happen to work, they're unbearably slow which increases chances of foul play.
