No words to describe the pathetic service

No words to describe the pathetic service. It is 5 weeks now since we try to get our apps up and working again. The log calls, give references but are unable to fix the problem. We spend 5 days in the bank for 3 to 5 hours, no success and they just say they don't know how to fix it and will come back to you. Up to today, 5 weeks, NO PROGRESS. Stay away from Nedbank!!!!!!!!
