Please do not opt for Nedbank Insurance for your home or contents. Been with them for over 4 years now and had a indicent with the garage motor and door. Had the motor replace for safety reasons and claim afterwards. Had all the support photos and, invoice and documents sent to them.

Just because I didn't use there Appointed assessor my claim got rejected. No condiseration of the damaged report which has been submitted. Which does let state where and tear but they can tell me I can't view their report where did you ever hear such utter *******!!!!!! I called the Ombudsman and sent and email requesting further investigation I can say ag forget about it it's my lost but what if this happens to someone else.

They clearly think we don't know how this works. Chats to the electrician and say or ask do you think this it is accident related or the client taking a fat chance.... yes we know how it goes.

So unreal of you guys
