NO WATER to WASH HANDS or bath FOR FIVE DAYS!!!!

I have been a bond holder for TWENTY TWO YEARS!!! I have made TWO HUNDRED and SEVENTY SIX MONTHLY bond payments. Bond Acc No: ***

I registered a claim on the 6th February and have not had any correspondence from Nedbank. On the 15th I lodged a complaint and to date have not had any feedback.

On the 15th March I lodged a 5th claim for a flooded kitchen. I was advised that it would be R500 excess for the plumber and R1000 excess for the carpenter to replace the cupboards damaged by the leak.

To date the plumber has been three times and has been given the go ahead to remove the cupboards and fix the leak, but NO WORD on the carpenter and cupboards.

I have just NOW when I called for the 20th time this week, I have been advised that this claim has been cancelled. NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM NEDBAN****!

Now I get an sms with claim number C***

WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!??????
