No valid reasons for decline

I shouldn't even give 1 star, I'm so disappointed with Nedbank. I tried applying for a loan it came back declined because of scoring however my credit score is sitting over 600, which I was told by my PB that it's good she escalated to a branch manager and he came back saying rhe system declined it.... is that a valid reason???? I called left a message for the manager to call me and till now no call... my PB can't assist me cause they don't deal with personal loans ... I moved banks thinking it would be better at first it was but now I don't know.... how can no one give a valid reason????
