No updates to ITC

<p>I had a loan account that was handed over I am paying for more than a year on this account, I have the following 2 issues</p> <p> </p> <p>- Nedbank refuse to give me the ammount my account was handed over to - The last time ITC was updated it was half the ammount I am paying back now</p> <p>- Nedbank aknowlege they are receiving payments towards this account - But they refuse to update the ITC with the payments that I am making</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not honest from Nedbank or the law firm</p>
