No trust in Nedbank

I was retrenched last year July 2021 after beeing in ICU for 2 months. I had full insurance on my credit card as well as my Personal Loan. I forwarded all the documents confirming my retrenchment. Please note that I am still on 24 hour oxygen and still at home. I received an email from my Debt Councillors this morning confirming that Nedbank is complaining that they are NOT GETTING payment. Now I am confused. ?? Who is lying to me now after receiving an email from Nedlife that they will pay until August 2022. What will happen thereafter. I am still not going to be working. Why do we pay Insurance ????? It defeats the purpose I did not adk to get Covid. ???????
