No tellers on a Saturday

<p>Why did you bother to install 5 teller counter in your branch if only one is operational on a Saturday of all days. No personal banker available because she is on leave and the online banking is to busy so they cannot help. Clearly you just waste money with fancy branches yet the customers is still unhappy.
