No support or communication on my greenbacks

Hi, greenbacks is the most useless thing nedbank ever had as I still can't use it, called numerous times. Last time there was some technical issues with online greenbacks login. And I think they gave me the wrong account number for my greenbacks as the website tells me it's wrong or invalid. I was promised feedback how and when I can login, but I'm still waiting. The best is, FNB's rewards program does not have so much issues like nedbank and is user friendly!! What's the use of having greenbacks, I accumulate, but still can't see my points or even use it!!
