No statements sent

So I got my nedbank Credit Card in june/July this year. <br> One would think that a banking institution as big as yourselves would either email or post statements - I haven't received a single 1 yet. <br> <br> Now you send me a text message saying I need to collect a letter of demand? How do i pay if I don't get statements - only thing you've made happen was making my life difficult
