No statement for personal loan account after numerous requests

I took out a personal loan more than a year ago, and the amount of R3370,57 goes off each month. I have been to the branch numerous times to ask that a statement be sent to me, without avail. I am still not receiving any e-mails. I get e-mails for my car and house bond, but it seems that a statement for any other account is not valid! I want my statement for my account each month Nedbank!
