NO STARS AT ALL for Nedbank Merchant Division

Shocking service whereby our client deposited monies into our account via Nedbank Pocket Pos on 25 June 2020 Two days ago a an amount of R3,600 was deducted from our account for monies deposited into our account, but guess what the monies were never deposited and still haven't been put into our account. Now they tell us only within the next 24 hours...so where has that money been sitting earning interest? Why didn't they refund the deduction from our account the day requested knowing that the monies were still not allocated to our account? I have reported Nedbank Merchant Division to the banking Ombudsman and taking it further on social media.
