No SMS notifications for 6 months

For the past 6 months I have been trying to get SMS notifications on my all transactions,they tell me anything over R50 I will be notified,what a joke without luck, I speak to them weekly with no joy,they say it’s all done on their side but nothing comes through,will I be refunded if a ********** transaction is done?It’s been referred to so called “card specialist “Still waiting.Maybe that’s why Capitec is doing so well,they don’t charge an arm and leg for services they don’t give
