No sms notifications

I have on 19 March 2015 opened a Savings account, and I was advised of R18.00 monthly admin fee and R12.00 monthly fee for sms notifications for all debits of credits, on the say date, I transferred R250.00 into the account and R30.00 was immediately deducted (R18.00 and R12.00 as above), however to date, I do not receive any sms notifications for any activity on this account.
