no set rules

why is it that nedbanl do not have a set turnaround time for interbank transfers Their chat agents on their app need to be trained better Several weeks ago I was told it takes 1 working day Today am told 24 to 48 hours

Generally if a transfer is done interbank to my nedbank account, if done before 5pm on a weekday, it reflects by 5am the next morning

But now they tell me this does jot happen, so how has it happened in the past?
