We requested Nedbank to pay out proceeds on Investment and Banking Account on 6th January 2022. The first feedback we received, after the matter has been escalated by Nedbank, was two months later. We resubmitted documents on 18 March 2022 and reported the matter to the CEO Complaints department. The funds have still not been paid out, They are waiting for feedback from the Deceased Estates Pay out Department.
