No service Received

Never have I ever been treated like trash the way Nedbank Carlton has treated me today. We came to the branch at around 10 am, told them that we needed to change signatories in our account, they advised our documents were not correct and told us what needs to be amended, we left the branch went to get what was required and came back, the service champion told us to go to the girl that assisted at first ( mind you she assisted us with an attitude and left us hanging while we were telling her that we don't understand, she simply said she is done explaining and left) we went to her and still with an attitude she said she is not the one that needs to assist us, we must go back outside and wait there, we went back and waited while not getting any assistance, until I went to the branch manager, she tried getting the consults to assist us but none of the consultants want to assist. Mind you one of our members can not afford to travel from Klerksdorp to Johnnesburg to do this. it's expensive.

After 9 years of banking with Nedbank and having everything with Nedbank this is not the service I expect.
