No Service Nedbank

Funds were sent to my Trust account on 6th November but Nedbank failed to advise me of such! I phoned the Call Centre on the 14th and was advised to complain to the branch at Northgate. I was given the Manager's direct line and so far I have left 2 messages with no response.
