NO SERVICE FROM NEDBANK WILLS & TRUSTS

Pathetic service from the non-existent Wills & Trust department! Upon enquiring on what to do as a relative had passed away who had Nedbank as the executor; I was told this department do not take telephone calls due to Covid and I can only send an email??? Sent the email on 20th January and no response received! Would be nice just to talk to someone just to ask a few pertinent questions on what to do. Promise you can't get Covid over the phone.
