No service from Nedbank on Business Account ***

I have tried for days now to get help in reversing unauthorized charges on my Nedbank business account that I have not used since opening it in 2017. Nedbank in The Glen promised to send paperwork through to my banker in Nicolway but I cannot get through by phone to any one of these branches. Call centre promised to help but I am not getting any feedback and the charges are still on my account. Once reversed - I need the account to be closed immediately.
