No Service From Nedbank Insurance

March 27 2020 we experienced a massive hailstorm in Middelburg Mpumalanga. Since then we battled with Nedbank Home insurance to do ANY REPAIR resulting from damages occurred. We are going into summer and subsequently more damage will become evident due to the rains coming, but they are oblivious to this. You can phone , E-Mail NOTHING happens.
