No Service from Nedbank (Credit Card)

App**** for a credit card via online with Nedbank. Been almost 2 weeks with no feedback, no phone calls, no nothing. Does someone still working there or not? If they don't want to help you, they should just let you know so that one can take their business elsewhere....
