No Service from Nedbank &. Charges you for an expired bank card. R320 !

I will never recommend Nedbank. Their service is terrible — no help, no support, just empty promises.

My card became faulty one month before expiry, and Nedbank charged me R320 for a replacement. That’s completely unacceptable — it’s not my fault the card failed before expiring.

The staff at Nedbank Business seem clueless and only know how to transfer calls. Even my “private banker” suddenly wasn’t my banker anymore when I needed help. There’s no communication, no proper system, and no accountability.

All I’ve ever received from Nedbank Was Transferring of calls. That is frustration and wasted time. Completely useless and disappointing.
