No service from Nedbank

I have had the worse service from Nedbank regarding trying to close my account, I’ve had to go into the branch twice now to close the account and it’s still active, and im told that I now have to go in a third time. This is absolutely inconvenient and it seems like no one can actually help. I’d never recommend this bank to anyone ever. I don’t have the time to keep going into the bank and then having to wait and then nothing actually transpires. Terrible customer service.
