No service from Nedbank

Even the one star is overrating Nedbank's Deceased Department. We have had absolutely no luck getting any service from them. My mother passed away in January 2021 and we only received Clientfeedback Auto replies on emails sent to them, but never, no never any proper reply, let alone the money so that the estate can be finalised.
