No service from Nedbank

Never trust Nedbank on your account if they freeze it and refuse to do a payment on it. Their employees are not available online or on the phone to assist. You can go to branch just to realise the people in the bank is just glorified employees they sit there and can't help you with out phoning the different departments in which nobody is either in a meeting or not available. And nobody in the bank who can assist. They close their branches for assistance on bank matters.
