No service form Nedbank

Nedbank has no customer care what so ever. Once they are on a call with you and the line gets dropped, then they don't even bother to call back. I have been struggling to get an answer from them, regarding my saving account card. It was just stopped for no good reason. i use this card every day. Now i cant because the pathetic Nedbank team felt like cancelling it. Why then am i paying bank fees on the card? Further more , i app**** for a credit card. yes i received it. Why do i need 4 different card for once account? just to pay costs on all of them and not being used. This is not they way to assist clients really? I think its time to change banks.
