No service for lifetime customer now overseas

I have financially immigrated but some how could not transfer all of my funds. Nedbank stopped by banking fees because Im not in the country anymore and switch my account to a blocked account. Everything was fine. Then Nedbank switch me back to a private client and charge me a monthly service fee, but with no SA cell number I cannot do anything with my account and Nedbank is not responding. My private banker never gets back to me. I'm so frustrated with Nedbank
